Free Etsy shop audit

Upload your Etsy listings CSV. This checks every listing's tags and title against Etsy's own limits and ordinary listing hygiene, then shows copy-ready fixes for your 5 worst listings. Your file never leaves your browser.

1. In Etsy, go to Shop Manager, then Settings, then Options.
2. Open Download Data and choose Download CSV for your listings.
3. Drop that file below, or choose it with the button.

What this checks

Every listing is checked against Etsy's own tag and title limits: up to 13 tags at 20 characters each, and a 140-character title. On top of that it flags the same hygiene issues Listrank's tag checker does, plus a few that only show up across a whole CSV: empty tag slots, over-length or invalid tags, duplicate tags, a title over 140 characters or with too many words, a keyword missing from the title or buried past the first 40 characters, a repeated symbol like % or +, a word repeated three or more times in a title, no materials listed, and fewer than 5 photos. None of these guarantee a sale. They are the same checks a seller would run by hand, just run on every listing at once.
